Hello from the OutdoorCureOnline blog and a big thank you for stopping by and reading our very first blog post. You might have found yourself here because you had support from us in the past and are looking to refresh some of the new skills you gained, perhaps you love the sound of our ethos but can’t get to the location for one to one sessions, or maybe you just fell into a social media rabbit hole and 2 hours later have ended up reading this and are not really knowing what to expect.
So, who are we and what are we about?
Well, to answer that we need to give our big sis OutdoorCure a shout out here . You can find out more about OutdoorCure’s one to one psychological, coaching and therapy services here.
OutdoorCureOnline basically took the ‘Think different, Think Simple’ ethos and ran with it. We wanted to make our services more accessible and to build a supportive and inclusive online community. The OutdoorCureOnline Community is set to grow and grow so stick with us and you will grow beside us. You will be able to access a variety of online courses designed to help you to overcome challenges and learn new skills to think differently. You can find out about or sign up for the online coaching packages we have available. You can read our blog which will focus on personal development and wellbeing, and will give practical, motivational advice and tips by the forest load. If you hang around for long enough, you’ll find book reviews, some fantastic photographs of us exploring the great outdoors and lots of laughs, usually at us, along the way.
We don’t profess to have all the answers, but we do have a whole heap of experience, strategies and advice that underpin our motto: ‘Think different, Think Simple’. So, if you are looking to take the first step in moving forward and approaching life in a different way, you’ve found yourself in the right place and we look forward to working with you.
In the meantime, why not connect with us on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram so you can keep up to date with our new posts and activities. Don’t forget to tag us if you’re in the great outdoors and share your experiences #outdoorcureontour
